Over the past 15 years, Jack has contributed to the acquisition and management of a $2 billion portfolio of over 20 marquee office, retail and residential properties, totaling in excess of 2 million square feet, throughout New York City and other gateway cities. Over a multi-year holding period, the portfolio generated an outstanding equity return multiple averaging 4.5x.
